the luxury room didn't have a coffee maker, just a kettle and sachets. no slippers or dressing gowns.

i found the location convenient. it's super close to the metro and the main train station. it's an easy walk to many attractions (i even walked to the colosseum!). the staff was always friendly and ready to help with anything i needed. room service was quick and the food was delicious. i loved the cleanliness and how nice the room was.

the standard double or twin room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower, which i found very practical. the room was also equipped with a mini-bar and a safe for valuables. overall, the room provided a comfortable and functional space .

the breakfast was decent, providing enough options to start the day.

My room felt quite dated and in need of an update. the bathroom, especially, showed wear and tear with some fixtures needing replacement. also, sound insulation was poor. I heard noise from both the hallway and the street, disrupting sleep.

I LOVED THE convenient location because it was close to major attractions. THE STAFF was friendly and accommodating. They always had a smile. The hotel's vintage style gave it so much charm. the rooms ARE large. It gave me a lot of space.

THE CHECK-OUT ASSISTANCE included prompt taxi service at a reasonable price which i did appreciate. the BAR service was quick and the bar staff remembered my favorite drinks. This was awesome. i FELT very well taken care of.

the breakfast had a wide variety and lots of seats. staff was lovely and accommodating and helped us within minutes with an incident. the location is central to everything including shops, restaurants, and the trevi fountain is a short walk away.

the hotel had no soundproofing , and i could hear people singing and the music until late. i also heard people screaming as if the windows were open. the bed was very high and difficult to get into , and i never received a footstool as promised.
